Meet Mohammad
Real estate had a trust problem long before I got into it. Buyers and sellers walk into offices expecting a sales pitch, a script, and a rush to close. I decided early on that my clients would get something different.
I've been representing families across the SW and W Chicago suburbs for the last few years, and since 2022 I've been recognized in the Top 1% of Illinois Realtors by transaction volume and client outcomes. What that means in practice is that I close a lot of homes, and I do it while telling people the truth about what they're walking into.
My clients hear the numbers before they hear my opinion. They see every option before they see my recommendation. And when they ask me directly what I would do in their shoes, they get a straight answer backed by hundreds of transactions across every corner of the suburbs.
